Hannah Edwards is the founder and director of HeartSpace Disability Services, bringing together her background in music, education, and a genuine passion for supporting others to create something truly meaningful.
What began as a small theatre group has grown into a thriving community built on connection, creativity, and care. Hannah has always believed in the power of the arts to bring people together, build confidence, and provide a safe space for self-expression - particularly for individuals who may not always feel they fit into traditional environments.
With a heart-led approach, Hannah is deeply committed to ensuring every participant feels seen, valued, and supported.
She works closely alongside families, staff, and participants to create programs that are not only engaging and fun, but also purposeful in building independence, social connection, and life skills.
She takes the time to understand each individual’s needs and preferences, always prioritising their wellbeing, happiness, and sense of belonging within the HeartSpace community.

Harry is the Deputy Director at HeartSpace, known for his strong leadership, genuine care, and ability to build meaningful connections with participants.
With experience supporting children, teenagers, and adults across a wide range of needs, Harry brings a well-rounded and adaptable approach to his role. He is particularly skilled in supporting emotional regulation, communication, social skills, physical activity, and guiding participants through routines and transitions.
Harry’s support style is balanced and intuitive - combining a calm and grounding presence with a playful, energetic approach.
With many years of industry experience, along with personal experience as a primary caregiver, Harry brings both professional knowledge and deep empathy into his work. He is passionate about what he does and believes that genuine care and connection are at the heart of quality support.
Harry is committed to ensuring every participant feels safe, included, and valued.
Hope is a compassionate and highly valued member of the HeartSpace team, bringing both professional knowledge and a deeply caring nature to her role as a Social Worker, Team Leader, and Admin support.
With a Bachelor of Social Work and extensive experience supporting children, teenagers, and adults across a range of needs, Hope offers thoughtful, person-centred support grounded in empathy, understanding, and strong values. She has a gentle and intuitive way of connecting with people, creating environments where participants feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
Hope is known for her calm and grounding presence, often bringing a sense of peace to those around her. She approaches her work with patience and care, understanding that behaviour is a form of communication, and takes the time to support each individual in a way that respects their unique needs, experiences, and goals.
Her warm, kind nature and genuine love for what she does make her a favourite among many of our participants. Hope is passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting individuals to grow in confidence, independence, and a strong sense of belonging.


Ken is a core member of the HeartSpace team and serves as both an instructor and Director of the Limitless program. He plays an integral role in shaping the program, bringing a strong sense of leadership, energy, and purpose to every session.
Known for his genuine nature and fun approach, Ken builds meaningful connections with participants and creates an environment where individuals feel supported, motivated, and confident to engage. He has a caring and supportive style, with a strong focus on promoting active health and wellbeing through movement and participation.
Ken has a natural ability to meet each person where they are at, providing encouragement that supports growth while respecting individual pace and ability. He is passionate about helping participants develop confidence, independence, and a sense of achievement.
His leadership within Limitless, combined with his positive presence, makes him a valued part of the HeartSpace community and the experiences we provide to our participants and families.
Shaylee is a warm and vibrant member of the HeartSpace team, known for her bubbly personality, caring nature, and genuine passion for supporting others.
With a background in Early Childhood Education and experience within the disability sector, Shaylee brings both knowledge and a nurturing approach to her role. She is passionate about creating safe and supportive environments where participants feel heard, valued, and confident to be themselves.
Shaylee has a fun and energetic presence, and loves getting involved alongside participants — whether that’s singing, playing games, or simply sharing a laugh. She focuses on building meaningful connections and celebrating each individual’s progress, helping participants grow in their own unique way.
Her calm, patient, and adaptable approach allows her to meet each person where they are at, providing support that is both encouraging and empowering. Shaylee takes pride in helping participants feel comfortable, included, and confident, making her a valued part of the HeartSpace community.


Chika is a calm and compassionate member of the HeartSpace team, known for her gentle, patient nature and thoughtful approach to supporting others.
With over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and current experience supporting individuals with complex needs, Chika brings a wealth of knowledge and a deeply nurturing presence to her role. She is dedicated to providing safe, consistent, and meaningful support, helping participants build confidence and independence while always feeling respected and valued.
Chika takes a person-centred approach, meeting each individual where they are at and adapting her support to suit their unique needs. She creates a structured, supportive environment built on trust, calm communication, and genuine care, ensuring participants feel comfortable, included, and understood.
Her love for creativity and connection shines through in the way she engages with participants, creating meaningful experiences that are both enjoyable and empowering. Chika’s warm and steady presence makes her a valued part of the HeartSpace community.
Courtney is a vibrant and much-loved member of the HeartSpace team, known for her bubbly personality, infectious energy, and genuine love for connecting with others.
With a background in nursing and experience supporting individuals across a range of needs, including mental health and physical disability, Courtney brings both knowledge and heart to her role. She is passionate about helping people feel confident, valued, and empowered in their everyday lives, always creating a safe and supportive environment where participants can truly be themselves.
Courtney has a natural passion for the arts and is always eager to get involved — whether that’s through singing, dancing, or supporting participants during performances. She brings enthusiasm and positivity into every session, encouraging individuals to express themselves, build confidence, and enjoy the moment.

Dan is a valued member of the HeartSpace team and the lead Sensei of LIMITLESS. He is passionate about helping people build confidence, independence, and resilience through meaningful support and positive relationships.
At HeartSpace, Dan works alongside participants to provide practical support in everyday life, encouraging personal growth, skill development, and increased independence. He takes the time to understand each individual and supports them in working towards their goals in a way that is strengths-based, encouraging, and person-centred.
As the Sensei of LIMITLESS, Dan combines martial arts with personal development, helping participants develop discipline, self-belief, emotional regulation, and perseverance. He creates a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to challenge themselves, celebrate their achievements, and discover what they are capable of.
Across all areas of his work, Dan's focus is on empowering people to grow in confidence, develop valuable life skills, and become the strongest version of themselves while feeling supported, respected, and included every step of the way.
Megumi brings over 10 years of experience working in childcare, with a particular passion for supporting infants, toddlers, and children with diverse support needs. Throughout her career, she has developed a nurturing, patient, and responsive approach, creating environments where children feel safe, valued, and supported to grow at their own pace.
Her professional experience is complemented by her personal journey as the parent of a son with severe autism. This lived experience has given Megumi a deep understanding of the joys, challenges, and unique perspectives that many families navigate each day. It has strengthened her empathy, resilience, and ability to connect meaningfully with both participants and their families.
Known for her warm and caring nature, Megumi takes the time to build genuine relationships based on trust, understanding, and respect. She believes every person deserves to be embraced for who they are and supported to reach their full potential. Her calm presence, compassionate approach, and dedication to inclusive support make her a valued member of the HeartSpace team.


Sophie is passionate about creating a supportive, creative, and welcoming environment where participants feel safe to be themselves and explore their strengths. She enjoys supporting people with emotional regulation, communication, creativity and the arts, as well as building confidence around routines and transitions.
Her support style combines a calm and grounding presence with creativity, flexibility, and a playful energy that helps participants feel comfortable and engaged. Sophie understands that every person is unique and adapts her approach to meet individual needs, ensuring support feels meaningful and empowering.
Participants often enjoy working with Sophie because of her patience, consistency, and ability to make sessions both fun and creative. She values building genuine connections and creating positive experiences that encourage growth, self-expression, and confidence.
With experience supporting children, Sophie believes that compassion and patience are at the heart of great support work. She helps people feel safe and included by listening carefully, embracing each person for who they are, and fostering an environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and encouraged to participate.
Josh brings a calm, genuine, and down-to-earth approach to support work. With a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life, he values building real relationships based on trust, respect, and shared experiences. Josh believes that meaningful support starts with understanding the individual, taking the time to get to know what makes them unique, and creating an environment where they feel comfortable being themselves.
Drawing on his experience supporting people with intellectual disability, autism, and psychosocial disability, Josh combines a grounding presence with a playful and energetic nature when the moment calls for it. He is passionate about helping participants feel included, valued, and connected, and believes that the best support relationships feel authentic and genuine rather than clinical or transactional.
Josh's focus is on creating a space where participants feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow in confidence while having fun, building friendships, and enjoying meaningful experiences along the way.


Sarina is a warm and dedicated member of the HeartSpace team, known for her caring nature, positive energy, and genuine passion for supporting others.
Currently studying nursing with a strong interest in paediatric care, Sarina brings both knowledge and heart into her role. She has experience supporting children and teenagers with a range of needs, and is passionate about building strong, supportive relationships with both participants and their families.
Sarina takes a calm, flexible, and engaging approach to her work, creating a safe and inclusive environment where individuals feel comfortable to express themselves and be who they are. She enjoys getting involved in activities alongside participants, helping to make each day both fun and meaningful.
Her background growing up in a large family has shaped her into a naturally caring, adaptable, and understanding person. Sarina is deeply committed to helping participants feel safe, supported, and confident, making her a valued part of the HeartSpace community.
Anna-Maree is a calm and grounded member of the HeartSpace team, known for her compassionate nature and thoughtful approach to supporting others.
Currently completing her Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care and Disability), Anna brings both knowledge and genuine care into her role. She is deeply passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives, empowering participants to achieve their goals while supporting both individuals and their families every step of the way.
Anna creates a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where participants feel heard, valued, and supported. She takes the time to understand each person’s background, preferences, and needs, ensuring her support is always personalised and delivered with dignity.
Alongside her calm presence, Anna also brings a playful and engaging energy to her work, helping to create positive, meaningful experiences for those she supports. She is dedicated, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care in everything she does.


Lachie brings over five years of experience working across primary and secondary schools throughout Australia, including specialist education settings supporting students with diverse learning and support needs.
His background in education inspired a passion for disability support, where he now helps participants build confidence, develop social skills, navigate routines and transitions, and stay active and engaged.
Lachie has experience supporting children, teenagers, and adults with autism, intellectual disability, physical disability, and psychosocial disability.
Known for his positive energy, sense of humour, and ability to connect through shared interests, he creates an inclusive environment where participants feel safe, respected, supported, and empowered to reach their goals.

Rubina is a vibrant and enthusiastic member of the HeartSpace team, known for her positive energy, adventurous spirit, and genuine passion for supporting others.
With a background in Early Childhood Education and experience working across a range of support settings, Rubina brings both knowledge and a fun, engaging approach to her role. She is passionate about helping individuals build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections, always tailoring her support to suit each person’s unique goals and preferences.
Rubina thrives on creating engaging and uplifting experiences, bringing energy, humour, and warmth into every session. She enjoys getting involved alongside participants, encouraging them to try new things, build confidence, and enjoy the moment.
